Anybody knows how to set Frontpage options in order to support CSS formatting
into Design frame? I see it is just supported into Preview frame I need it
for an easy update of the site!

Thanks a lot!

Both the flags were already set. My problem involves Design View, not
Preview. Even if in Preview all is right formatted, when I switch to Design
mode all the css formatting is lost. Is there any way to display css
formatting in Design Preview too?

I see proper formatting in Design view. Why not post a link to the page -
your problem may lie elsewhere?

Design view is not a browser. The rendition of CSS in design view is
not exact, and there are no settings to improve it. The best solution
is to frequently check your page using Preview in Browser, and use
different browsers and browser sizes.

I am sorry, now I realize I mentioned a problem with formatting, but indeed
the problem concerns with positioning.
For instance, all the text located in the middle is wrapped to the left side
of the screen.Any suggestions?

But valid CSS should display in Design view. It does for me, at least.

Hi Murray,

I've noticed that most of the time CSS styles show up in Design view, but
there are some that don't. The biggest one that I notice is inline lists.
When I create a list using { display: inline }, it shows up as inline in
Preview, but not in Design view. There are a couple of other minor
differences that I've noticed in the past, but can't recall right now.

I agree with you: For the most part it displays CSS styles pretty well in
Design view.

Thanks a lot!

Massimo.
