I have a genuine copy of Windows 2000 Professional with a genuine
hologrammed COA...

Our daughter trod on the CD and now it has snapped... :-(

Where can I contact Microsoft for a replacement here in the UK?

I tried this from Melbourne, Australia: www.microsoft.co.uk.
Bingo - there is a button "Contact us"!

Windows CDs are not unique - only the product key is. Ask
a friend for a copy of theirs after making sure it's the same
flavour of Windows.

Short answer; since win2k is no longer supplied MS cannot supply replacement
media
Either Ebay or find someone with the same version CD, and use your key
Deduct cost from pocket money, or otherwise chastise the brat
