Need a quiet Hard Drive

My external Lacie Hard drive does not turn on on its own. I'm afraid
something is wrong with it.

I want to get a new external hard drive and transfer all my gigs to
that one, while getting the other fixed.

I do digital recording, so I need a quite hard drive. What is a good
reliable quite external hard drive?

If you do digital recording of live performances, you need to have your
computer in a different room. No drive (and almost no PC) is quiet
enough unless you don't care about the quality of your results.

What is a good
 
Samsung the only choice. Whisper quiet.
