need a pratice database with addresses on it

I am looking for a practice file that has a field for
street number and street name, a field for city, a field
for state, a field for zipcode.

ummm... it would take you maybe 90 seconds to create one, would it
not?

Take a look at the Northwind sample database in your Samples folder.
It has an address table.
