Need a multi Tab form

Hello;
The standard Tab Control of Access has just 2 pages.What i need is a form
having 6 tab button on top of it.Simulating something like "Options"
dialogue box in tools menu of Access main window.How to make this form?

You can add additional tabs to the control by right-clicking on it and
selecting "Insert Page" from the popup menu.
