need a group calendar

Using outlook 2000, have a small biz 2000 server, using exchange for the
inhouse email between us, there are only 6 users. all out other email is pop3
accounts. I need to be able to share a group calendar for everyone to use,
edit, be able to synch palms with etc... I have a calendar in a public folder
but can't do anything with it but add appts, no export or import. i read
somewhere that my mail folder has to be on the exchange server to be able to
do what I'm looking for. how to I do this? set up a pop connector so all my
mail goes to the exchange server?
 
You can copy or move items from your mailbox or Personal Folders file
Calendar folder into the public folder. You will not be able to sync Palms
to it unless your sync software supports public folders.
