Need a folder that automatically puts a contacts emails in it?

I am looking to create a folder that when one of my contacts emails me, the
email will go directly into that folder. Does anyone know how to do this?
 
Use rules to move mail received from "People or distribution list" and
specify the person whose mail you want to move.

WHat Milly said, but you'll have to create the folder before hand because
the rule won't create it automatically.
