I have a windows XP PC and i am installing a older Apollo 1200 series
printer. driver on the net are for 9x/nt only but i have been
downloding dll's and other files to get it working on the computer. i
am stuck looking for a place to download AAP1200.GPD googled and found
it can be found in driver.cab file for windows2000. i am downloading SP
updates hoping there will be a driver.cab file with the file inside but
thats just a guess.

any help will be appreciated

Nope
Apollo 1200 series printers are inkjet printers using LPT. HP's 1200
series are all Laser. even tho Apollo 1200 series used HP printing
tecnology and HP Ink Cartridges, i dont think there is a HP driver that
will run this Apollo printer.

thanks

Service Pack 4 didn't have the file in it. it may be on the CD tho,
witch i dont have D:

GPD files are text files that appear to be source code for some kind of
complier. If you think this will be of use to you, I can send you a copy:
aap1200.gpd from drivers.cab on the Win2K distribution CD, dated
07/30/1999, 13,242 bytes.
