Need a book recommendation

Hi,
I'm experienced .net web developer.
I want to learn to develop windows application.
I do not need any explanations regarding the framework
itself - i'm looking for a book explaining the concept
of windows application (deployment, operating systems,
gui windows etc.).

Chris Sell's book "Windows Forms Programming in C#" is a good one.
