Please, I have 2 issues with outlook 2007 running on Vista Business on a new
Lenovo T61:

1) When writing and sending emails from outlook through my companies POP3
email system not all emails are being sent. And it is random. About 1 out
of maybe 15-20 emails is showing sent in the "sent" box but it never gets
there. Also, I have not tested if this happens on both wired or wireless
connections. I do know it happens on wireless connections.

2) There is a problem with me sending html emails. I currently have the
outlook configured to send plain text. Some of the people I email get an
unreadable email full of junk like code. The code is definitely not HTML, it
looks like more like RTF (Rich Text Format) with some embedded HTML and XML.
This I was told by a programmer relative.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Ok, I'll bite. What does your server admin say the SMTP logs show? Does
the message get accepted by the server?

Well, again, I would talk to your server admin and try to reproduce the problem.
Look at the server logs, see if it looks ok. And see if the people receiving
the message, can they view the source of the message? Are you able to reproduce
the problem with a mailbox you have access to?
