When I try sending an email or using the Out of office
assistant, within our Exchange organization, to forward my
emails to a specific and perfectly valid third party email
address an error message is being generated:

"
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

Subject: info.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(e-mail address removed) on 10/28/2003 5:45 PM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail, or contact the
recipient directly to find out the correct address.

All other users within the organization can send emails to
that specific AOL account?
Any ideas or suggestions?

Did you check that there are no leading or trailing spaces on the e-mail
address?

When you compose e-mail using that e-mail address, right-click on it and
select Properties. Check if the e-mail address YOU are using is valid
and the same as everyone else's.

Are you selecting the e-mail address from the company address book that
everyone else uses, or is perhaps the e-mail address coming from a
personal address book that only you have. You can specify the order of
the address books to use to resolve a nickname. You should probably
have the company's address book listed first and then your personal
address books listed thereafter. If this works to correct the problem,
then the e-mail address in your personal address book is invalid.
