I would look at purchasing anything NON MICROSOFT that
allows network printing. I recently moved to 2000 AD and
until then I did not realize how superior Novell's NDPS,
NDS, Email, etc were. It is a real shame!
We continue to encounter spooling errors, lost
connections etc. I am currently looking at ways around
Microsoft Printing. Additionally, I have found that the
Knowledge Base does not provide enough info or support as
I have yet to find documentation on any error/event codes
I have encountered.
