Can someone please help me???????? PLEEEEEEEASEEEE

when using my computer i keep coming up with an error
NDIS.sys - address f76e5fc9 based at f76d3000, datestamped 3f7e7ca0
i am logged on to the net when this is occuring.

Please help me solve this problem
