The above details with the addresses, F782EC00 base at F7819000:datestamp
41107ec3.

Can anyone explain/diagnose the fault/cause that produces this on a regular
basis?

We need more info on what your Windows version and where and when this error
occur, is it while trying to access a Wireless network or opening the Control
panel
Any hardware installed recently or software like a new protocol/service
added to the Network.

OS details are: Windows XP Professional, SP2; 2600; latest (?) updates.
768 mb RAM; Outlook Express;
The main BSD occurs mostly when sending emails containing graphics, even as
low as 480kb.
I am on Broadband (ADSL)
