Most probably caused by some trouble in network software path
(bad or misconfigured firewall, sniffer, and so on.) Or a virus.
Not a RAM or other hardware problem.
In either case, the best is to get professional help, or reinstall Windows.

Could you try installing all the updates, including XPSP2 from Windows
Update? Also please install driver updates for network adapters if
available. If this does not solve your problem, did you add a new device
(Network adapter etc.) to your system before starting to hit this blue
screen? Is yes, it is most likely a driver problem; please search for an
updated driver for your device and if this also does not solve the problem,
try removing the new device and see if it still reproes.

Bugcheck D1 DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is a very common bugcheck usually
caused by device drivers. There is nothing much to say without getting more
info about the bugcheck.
