An organization uses NDCLytec for its operations. The engine is
installed on a Windows 2003 Server. The client software is installed on
XP SP4. When logging into Lytec from the work station, all is well. If
we try to log into using Remote Desktop, we double click on the same
icon, and an hour glass appears momentarily, but the application never
starts. The application uses the Pervasive SQL engine, which starts with
Windows.
If the application is started before the work station is accessed with
RDP, the application works fine. If the application is started remotely
with pcAnywhere, it works fine. The only problem is that it does not
start when we log in with RDP. Any suggestions for a solution would be
appreciated.
