(NT 4.0 Domain, WinXP Pro Clients) - Why do some network clients return the
currently logged in user name while other clients do not? For instance,
"nbtstat -A IPADDRESS" returns netbios cache information along with the
currently logged in user followed by "<03>." Some clients return the info
while others do not. Any reason why?
