Navigational Link Bar Style won't change

While trying to change the Navigational Link Bar Style (i.e. from Iris to
Slate), it looks good on the Design Page, but after I "Save" it, the original
Theme Style remains on the page ~ it won't go away!!! I am working direct
(not publishing).

If you are working live on the server hosted site does the server have the FP 2002 SE
(required for custom nav bar styles)
And after the change have you run a Tools Recalculate hyperlinks and cleared your browser cache
- If so post a URL to the site
