Is it possible to set up different navigation options for
various subsections of a site? According to everything
I've been able to find about shared Navigation Bars they
appear to be pretty much an all or nothing proposition.
You can change attributes on individual pages or the
entire site, but not for a specific subsection of the site.

What I want to do is set up different navigation
structures, for example have next and back buttons on
pages specifically related to each other, in different
sections of the eite and have the properties apply only to
the pages in that one section.

You would have to set up each section as a subweb, if your host allow
subwebs.

You can only have 1 navigation view in a web or subweb, but you can apply different nav bars on different pages - just don't apply
them in shared borders or include pages

Jay -

AFAIK, you'll have to make the changes to the navigation link bar
properties for each individual page. Unless, of course, you transform
what you're calling subsections into actual subwebs.

Hi,

You cant change the main navigation bar but you can add back/next buttons or
arrows on any page you want to link. Simply place the arrow and add a
hyperlink to it.
