navigation pane problem empty

I have Frontpage 2003 and use frontpage's interactive buttons. My site is
www.domainebourget.com.

I would like to use Likno's AllWebMenus software to create drop down menus.
In reading Likno's instructions, you would build the drop down menus via
Frontpage's navigation pane. However my website's navigation pane is empty,
and I have never used it. Alternately my hyperlinks pane is full of links.
How do I make my webiste's navigation appear in Frontpage's navigation pane?
