Navigation Pane font/icon sizing

How do you increase the font size in the navigation pane from 8 to 14? I
have been able to set the font size in the inbox (pane) and preview pane to
font size 14 but can't figure out how to to that in the navigation pane.

Thanks, for pointing me in the right direction. The desktop display
properties has a font size setting under the "Appearance" tab. Setting the
font size to "Extra Large" enlarges the fonts in the navigation pane. I
think this will work for my user.
