Navigation Buttons Missing On Child Pages

I am trying to help a friend who uses FP2000 for a club website. He
did something a few months ago that wiped out all the navigation bars
on the child pages. The home page is fine.

We have checked Shared Borders, but there is nothing on the child
pages to right click on to get to the Navigation Bar Properties. How
can we get the nav bars reconnected to the child pages?

Insert a navbar in the page.
