navigation bar problems

When I go to view my website in IE5.5 I get this error in
place of my navigation bar "The link bar feature is not
available in this web". The website was created in FP
2000. The navigation bar has worked until a couple of
days ago and really no changes have been made on the site
or on the server. The only real difference has been a new
router. Would this have anything to do with this
problem? Any suggestions would be great!
