Hello,

I'm a newby to this so I apologise is I'm being stupid.

I've saved my PP presentation in web format. Normally if
I click on the background of one of my slides I move onto
the next slide.

But when I run the saved application from Internet
Explorer nothing happens if I click on the background,
i.e. I don't move onto the next slide.

What have I done wrong?

Thanks,

Jim Boy

Jim,

If you save form Internet Explorer, you risk losing all of the PowerPoint
information that makes it tick. If you need to make changes in the web
presentation, do it within PowerPoint.

Jim,can you find a Full screen SlideShow button on the Browser Window? If
No, please try as the following steps:
1. On the File menu, select Save as Web Page
2. PowerPoint will name your Web file in the File Name field. Click the
Publish button
3. Review the options on this dialog box, then click the Web Options button
4. On the General tab, you SHOULD choose to display a left navigation frame
(Add slide navigation controls)
5. Click the OK button on the screen above. then click the Publish button
6. Your files have been saved in a folder called Yourfilename_files. The
opening file is "frame.htm"
7. Open the Presentation in IE
8. Click the Full Screen Slide Show button

Now,you can move onto the next slide by clicking on the background.

Jim,

If you have the normal navigation controls turned off, you'll have to create
your own navigation buttons. That could be as simple as a set of Next Slide
and Previous Slide autoshapes on the slide master. Those will be active in
the converted HTML.
