Naviagation menu vb code

Hi,
I am trying to create a navigation menu (drop-down box) to put in the corner
of each sheet in my workbook which allows one to select the name of a sheet,
and navigate there. Does anyone have some good example code for this?

FP 2003 has a "behaviour" (jump menu) that does this - but uses Javascript,
not VB.
else search the web for "drop down" or "jump menu".
