I am having a problem with Windows Update and I believe it is due to
"NavExcel" it is located in "C:\WINDOWS\system32\wuauclt.exe" which I believe
is responsible for Updating the system but I could be wrong, anyhow
"SpyCatcher" has stopped "NavExcel" which seems to have prevented me from
updating Windows OS.
If anyone have any info on this issue and would like to share it I would be
greateful windows update returns "Error Code:0x800A0046" I have tried the
work around in the KB but still no luck, this is also stopping
WindowsDefender from updating or running.

You might want to do a little more research on exactly what NaveExcel
actually is.

It is not a MS product.

Hi DDS
What I am trying to say is that "NavExcel" has hi-jacked a MS process.
Thank you for the pointer as to what this is.

Did you check "add and remove programs" to see if it is listed there?
Read "Virus Removal Instructions" below and run all tools listed. Thene
run HiJackThis and post the log in one of the forums listed to make sure
it is gone.
