Navagation structure

I had a page in my navigation structure that i didn't want anymore so I went
to navigation structure and removed from site and it did. Duh,
But it still shows up opn my allweb menus button and I cannot get rid of it.
So I used FTP and put it back on but front page cannot find it but it shows
up on my site.
