How do you keep the Scan Summary from opening constantly when it's
checking emails. When I get flooded with these Microsoft emails it
interfere's with other program uses. Only way I can stop it is to
disable email scanning.

Go to options_e-mail and in the "how to respond" section, there should be an
option to "repair then silently delete" and "repair then silently
quarantine". That should stop the scan summary from showing up.

Open NAV and click on the options for NAV.

Click the "Email" option on the left.

In the section where there are 5 radio buttons to choose how to respond,
click on one of the options to *silently* quarantine or delete after repair.
It's certainly made my life a lot easier since I found that option;-)

Thanks for the top tip Andrew.

That's the problem with so much software, so many "hidden" or "obscure"
settings and options. Perhaps future code writers will consolidate all the
settings into one, simple "control board" or software users will learn to
read the "help" section before using. In any case, the more the software
does, the bigger the "options and settings" problem.

That's why we don't have to read the *help* files. We have smart guys
like you and groups like this to help us out. Most help files are more
complicated than the program.
