As I put things thru some heavy internet use in 16h days etc (7x5) and I
have NAV cranked up all the way with bloodhound at its highest level ....
after some discussion with my associates .... I wonder what exists in
anti-viral anti-spyware etc software that would be able to filter out the
types of custom made stuff that spooks (spys/hackers/NSA?KGB etc ) throw at
people ... as most commercial software is for what commonly affects people
not the custom designed features speacially made to crack systems

"IF" it existed -- it would NOT be published, would be Top Secret and I can't discuss it any
further....

If they can make it can (and will) be detected.

As usual, it is likely to take a user ("victim") somewhere to _notice_ that
something odd is going on, but once that happens the odds are very high
samples will make it to one or more AV developers and they will add
detection.

Don't like your chances?

Suspect that US AV developers will not add detection of "malware" that claims
to be written by the NSA?

Suspect that UK AV developers will not add detection of "malware" that claims
to be written by the GCHQ?

Suspect that Australian AV developers will not add detection of "malware" that
claims to be written by the DSD?

Suspect that Russian AV developers will not add detection of "malware" that
claims to be written by whatever replaced the KGB?

Etc, etc, etc, etc???

Well, submit samples of anything suspicious to several AV research labs in
several different countries -- I doubt the Eastern European or Asian AV
developers will be too worried about any "threat" you may imagine their US
counterparts may feel from adding detection of NSA-authored malware and so
on around the globe and the "circle" of government spook organizations...
