Hello,

In my office PC somebody unknowingly removed NAV files and folders. Now the
program cannot be run. I tried to install NAV again, but failed giving a
message that one of the Norton product is already installed. I'm not able to
uninstall NAV using CD or from Control Panel add or remove programs. Error
message is file missing.

What should I do to install NAV again ?

Regards

Symantec NAV, NIS, NSW Removal:

Then try installing NAV, or better yet the free AVG from www.grisoft.com
In either case make sure email scanning is turned off. It provides no added
protection and just screws things up.

Thanks for that post, Frank. I just learned from it why my BITS became
corrupted in October '05 and I could not get Windows Updates in November'05
until Microsoft sent me the repair instructions. DUHHHH!!!
