national holidays

My national holidays (Memorial Day, etc.) have started showing up on two days, beginning at 11.00 p.m. the day before the actual day. I'm wondering it this started when I moved and changed the time on my computer from Eastern to Central time. Any ideas and thoughts on how to correct it?
 
Yes changing the Time Zone is the most likely cause, is it only happening to
Holidays if so I would delete all Holidays (change View to Categories to
make this easier) and then Add the Holidays back in via Tools > Options >
