I have 2 computers connected to a router who is connected
directly to the internet. This router does the actual
natting. To this point, I am able to have these 2
computers ping each other using the local ip addresses and
can also ping an external router. They can also connect to
the internet. These show me that the two computers are
actually connected with each other and can connect to the
outside. However, I am not able to map one computer's
drive into the other and I have no idea of where to start.
I think this is due to a windows 2000 configuration I may
have to change or something to do with WINS. Shall I
create some kind of sub-domain, or workgroup? How can I
configure my settings in Windows 2000 so that I can map
one computer's drive into the other? Thanks for all your
help!
