How can I setup RRAS to determine what IP the client machines browse the
internet from when there are multiple IP addresses associated with the
WAN/NAT Interface?

You can map an address completely to an external
machine in the RRAS->NAT properties, or you can
leave all of the addresses fairly shared.

As long as you leave at least one shared address, the
NAT will continue to work for the other machines
(those not having a Reserved address.)

Once a reserved address is mapped, only that computer
(with the internal address) can use that IP for external
access. It is almost equivalent to exposing the
internal machine on the network adjacent to the
NAT external interface.
