nastyspyware/undetected

I think I have something nasty on my machine that no
program has detected as of yet. Outlook keeps crashing on
me (fatal errors). Antispyware acts as if I have never
used it before (last scan "you have not run a scan") even
if I had run a scan 5 minutes before. Anyone have an
idea??
 
1.1.615 It is brand new. Had it for about an month. A
while ago one of the anti-spyware detected somethink in
Outlook in the archive. *.pst if I remember correctly.
Anyway, I deleted the file, but then Outlook didn't work
so I put it back and trie to run Pandasoftware
ActiveScan, but that won't work...
