nasty virus

hi, not a clue what to do about a nasty virus which does not allow me to receive e mail. it keeps resending the same 1.
any ideas on what I should do woule be very grateful....I am as i am sure yoou guessed a complete novice!

You don't have an anti-virus program running? Go to www.grisoft.com and
download AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition at once. After you install it, have it
check for updates. When that is done, run a complete scan. AVG should find
the virus and give you options to deal with it. I would just go for
deleting it. But . . . if what you have is not a virus but a Trojan, you
may need to find out what the name of it is and search on Google for tools
to remove it. Good luck. Post back with your progress.

Have you tried system restore? located in Start tab...click in
accessories...click on system tools...then click on system restore...pick
another safe place to restore to...it'll be there for you to choose...ciao
