Narration Timings

Does anyone know a work around for the lost
animation/narration timings from ppt 2000 to ppt 2002?
I've installed the service pack 1 download but it doesn't
work.
 
Chris,

Do you know of any steps you under went that occurred when this happened?
Also, have you checked the slideshow set up options to make sure your show
is set to run on timings?
