When I add narration to a short 5 minute clip. It says my movie is now over 6 hours long and I can't do anything with it. Any HELP?

Hi there,
Save your Movie to DV-AVI format first, then import the file and then add
the audio. Messages such as the one you got is probably due to an indexing
error or caused by the source files imparting the wrong or bad info to
Movie Maker. Saving the video first should correct that.
