Naming Multiple Values in Win Explorer?

If one limits onesself to Explorer, yes. But if one cranks up the
command interpreter, this is a simple exercise in the use of the FOR
and REN commands.

Basically yes but there are some traps. I would be interested
to see your "simple" command that will rename a couple
of hundred files. Maybe I'll learn something!
