There is a way of naming all the files in a folder with the same name
followed by a number. I have done it before but can't remember how. I think
it is done from the folder name, anyone any idea please ?

Select all files in the folder, right-click and select Rename, enter a
name and then press the Enter key.

For example, if I create a "New Text Document" and then copy it
three times I have the following files:

New Text Document
Copy of New Text Document
Copy (2) of New Text Document

If I then select all files in the folder, right-click and select Rename,
enter NewName and then press the Enter key I have the following
files:

NewName.txt
NewName (1).txt
NewName (2).txt

Thanks, much appreciated.
