Naming Convention

Does anyone know the naming convention for a pivot chart and and pivot chart
form?

I use the Lezinsky naming convention.

I don't think Access had pivot tables or charts when Stan came up with the
convention. Pick one and stick with it... possible fpt... and fpc...
