I have an Outlook 2003 user who sent several (duplicate) messages to four
recipients today, some of whom were in her personal contact list, some of
whom were not (although all were in her "previously typed in" list (or
whatever you call that)). She also cc'd several co-workers.
When she looked in her Sent Items folder, none of the names appeared in the
"To:" field. All she could see were three semi-colons. The addresses from
within our company showed up fine. On numerous previous occasions she had
sent messages to these people and not had this problem. It appears that the
recipients did receive the message(s) today, but she would like to be able to
see who she sent messages to, and this problem prevents that. This appears
to have happened only once before about six weeks ago to one message.
Does this sound like a temporary glitch or is a setting she has unknowingly
changed?
