Name that Gizmo..

Hi Guys,

I have recently been given a gizmo, which I have no idea what it does/
is.

Its about the same size as a mouse and has a male USB connection on a
length of cable.

It has a single button and several leds, marked: power, num lock, Caps
Lock, Scroll Lock and Receive Led.

Its obviously something to do with a keyboard but what?
