What is the difference between a single-level namespace and a
second-level namespace ?
I hope you're not referring to a single label name domain name (such as
"domain" instead of "domain.com")?
Anyway...
The top or Root level is the dot (".").
The first level, are your com, edu, org, net, etc
The second level are your microsoft, intel, macromedia, etc,
The third levels would be childs of the second, etc.
etc...
