Windows XP Home
Office 2003
I have set up Outlook so that each of the four users of a computer has
personal folders (i.e. standard installation) and there is another shared
PST containing contacts that need to be available to all. When I created the
latter, I had the option to name it, and chose "Shared contacts". By
contrast, each user's personal folders just appeared as part of the standard
installation, and I never had a chance to choose a name.
The result is that the OAB for each user contains two entries:
"Contacts"
"Shared contacts"
It would be helpful to be able to name the former to include the user's
name, so that the choice was (for example):
"John's contacts"
"Shared contacts"
Unfortunately, when I right-click the folder, the Rename option is greyed
out. Is there any way to have a different name appear in the OAB list?
