Name Lookup Shows Duplicates Not in the Address book

In Outlook 2002 I have deleted some duplicates in my address book. However,
when I do a name lookup on the main menu I still show duplicates. Is there a
way to get rid of them?

Are you certain they are duplicates?
I suspect they are not.
Remember, the Outlook Address Book lists each electronic address for a
Contact separately, and in Outlook 2002, you can't tell one from another
because the Outlook Address Book interface is so poorly designed.

Is this corrected in Outlook 2003?

Is what corrected?
The only thing that is corrected in Outlook 2003 is that you now have the
ability to resize the Outlook Address Book so that you can distinguish one
email address from another.

It seems to me, though, that you could scroll the display left and right
even in OL 2002 and 2000, so you could still distinguish by looking at the
E-mail Type field.
 
Sure.
How many users do you think found those horizontal scroll bars? So far I
know of two of us.
