Very probably the Analysis Toolpak addin is not installed on the
offending computer. Select Tools, addins from the menu. Check "Analysis
Toolpak". If it doesn't show there, you need to run Office Setup and
make sure it is installed.

Hi Jan,
Thank you very much for your reply :) I have
installed the Analysis ToolPak Add-Ins and Analysis
ToolPak Add-Ins VBA. It still didn't help. I realised in
Excel 2000, Analysis ToolPak Add-Ins is not installed and
the values can be displayed out. It's a workbook that
reference another workbook which is on another machine.

Hi Ashley,
It's a workbook that
reference another workbook which is on another machine.

Looks like that other workbook cannot be found. Does it contain User
defined functions by any chance?

Hi Jan,
I think there is but it's weird in a way that Excel
2000 can view without errors but Excel XP has the #NAME
error.

You can send me the workbook by email if you like. I'll have a look at
it.

Hi Jan,
Thank you very much but that would be too much of
a trouble for you. Your previous replies are appreciated.
