NAME CELL RANGE

when i am trying to import an excel list of names to
outlook contacts it requires that I name a cell range in
excel. I then select the cells and go to insert name
create. Then i save the document. However when I go to
outlook and map the information I can not get all of the
information to import. any thoughts???
 
Just select the range to name and name it in the name box to the left of the
formula box
