name badge inserts

I am trying to create 240 name badge inserts. I need to
insert a graphic and a name. When I open the section
with labels, I choose my label and click on new
document. This will normally let me view a whole page of
labels. I can tab from one to the other. For some
reason it does not show the 8 seperate labels that I am
used to seeing. Each label needs to have the same
graphic but a different name. Can someone PLEASE help
me! Thanks in advance. I am using Word 2000. I am
desperate.

After you select the label type, select the New Document button, and it
will give you the template you are acustomed to seeing so you can merge
the names.

Table | Show Gridlines, will display the label boundaries, but for this many
inserts, you want to create a mail merge. See
