Name and time of Print out on each Page

Is it possible

1) Whenever a User prints a document on the paper should print "name of
the user" and "Time" when the Printout was fired by the user at the bottom
of
each page printed

2) Can above be done selectively for selected printers and users.

Printers are connected on Network (TCP/IP) and All print outs are routed via
a Windows Print Server. These are HP Printers.

That would be the function of the application used. There might be a
product out there that can add this functionality to all documents.
