It's the mystery file referred to, I think. Dunno what makes it put it on
the desktop but it can sometimes be found in other locations too.
It's safe to delete it. Apparently it's a temp file address book uses when
it's doing something and occasionally doesn't get deleted the way it should.
Not a very clever naming convention, is it?
